Renaissance Park is a community of approximately 1,000 homes in south Raleigh, at the intersection of South Wilmington Street and Tryon Road. Homes come in a mix of classic architectural styles: Charleston, Colonial, Federal, Georgian, Greek Revival, Queen Anne and Victorian.
